Shipping policy

We only deliver merchandise within the state of Kentucky

-If scheduled a deliver with our store, you will receive a call the night before your scheduled delivery and you will be given an estimated delivery window, which is set by our delivery department.

-In Lexington, an exact delivery time can be arranged for an additional $100.

-You will be charged for delivery if you are not at home at the scheduled delivery time. You will be charged again for re-delivery.

-If canceling or rescheduling a delivery you must do so 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date to avoid a $25 cancellation fee.

-There will be an additional charge for moving any furniture.

-Please make sure your room(s) have been measured and your home is ready to receive delivery.

-We will charge a delivery even if the furniture will not fit into home.
