Terms and Conditions of Sale

-All sales are final

-This order may be cancelled by the seller upon refund of any deposit 

Returns and Exchanges:

We will exchange within 30 days any non-repairable defective items; after our examinations, which is returned to the store where purchased. The item(s) must be accompanied by your original sales slip, be in original carton or packing material, and have all accessories, guarantee forms and instructions included, and show signs of no abuse. If the item(s) are to be picked up by us a pick-up charge will be accessed. A 15% restocking fee will be imposed on exemptions to this policy. No refunds are given on returns or exchanges. Special ordered merchandise is excluded from this policy on returns and exchanges.

-The buyer agrees to accept any possession of the listed merchandise in good order in accordance with the provisions herein.

-The buyer does not take possession of the listed merchandise within 30 days for any reason except for a delay caused by the seller, then the seller may cancel this order, charge for storage, or adjust prices to conform with then current prices. This policy does not apply to layaway sales that are within their terms.

-The seller makes no warranties beyond the written description of the goods on the face hereof unless otherwise stated by the seller in writing. The seller expressly disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer does not affect the manufacturer's warranties, if any. 

-There will be a 10 banking day waiting period on any refund when the original payment was made by check.

-Other terms of sale may be contained in other agreements between the buyer and seller.
